PDF Receives 255 Grant Applications

With the close of PDF’s Community Organizing Grants Docket on February 15th, PDF is pleased to annouce that we have received 255 proposals from organizations across the United States, Haiti, and Mexico.  We are pleased to see the wide range of focus areas in the grant applications from community organizing, GLBT Civil Rights, labor organizing, women and girls organizing, homelessness, environmental justice, criminal justice and many more.  Over the next couple of months, PDF Board and Staff will read all of the proposals to narrow the number of grant applicants down to those that will receive funding.  As with all of our grantmaking we unfortunately are unable to fund all proposals that we receive.  If you would like to help us fund more proposals this year, please click on the "Give Now" button and send in your gift today.
