An invaluable tool.  Host conference calls with up to 96 participants without having to make a reservation, all for free.  You can even record the conference and download it later.  Toll free numbers are available for a fee.

A great tool to keep in touch.  Use your computer like a phone and have converstions with multiple people and send instant messages anywhere in the world for free.  Video conference is available if your computer is equiped with a webcam.  This is a free program that you will have to download and install on your computer.  You can even call a phone from your computer for a fee.

Yugma

Organize online conferences, presentations, and collaborations with this program.  Share what you see on your screen with up to 2 people for free or 1000+ for a charge.

Vyew

Host free online meetings with up to 10 people.  No software to download, share PowerPoint presentations, documents, vidoes, images, mp3 files, and features like whiteboarding, video conferencing, screen sharing, and Voice-over-IP.

Email marketing is an important tool not just for businesses, but for nonprofit organizations as well.  These tools help you provide updates to your donors and members, share pictures and videos, and track responses and manage subscription lists.

Most of these services cost money, and the pricing depends on the number of subscribers you have to your list but generally average about $10 per month for up to 500 contacts, $20-40 for up to 5,000 contacts, and over $100 for up to 25,000 contacts.

Mail Chimp

Mail Chimp offers a no-contract, free service for up to 2,000 subscribers, and a monthly limit of 12,000 emails sent.
